Rachel and John had a beautiful intimate wedding last October and because of Covid, they greatly reduced their guest count but had a lovely ceremony and a very small reception at the Calhoun Beach Club in Minneapolis. Rachel’s kindness and John’s New York accent were the perfect pair and they intrigued me from the moment we met. They chose a color palette of burgundy, blush, neutrals and a pop of textural blue. The formal black-tie small event was softened with our lush arch blooms, stair flowers, and centerpieces. The beautiful textured table linens were the perfect blue accent color in the clean white space at the Calhoun Beach Club. We incorporated red maple leaves, pin oak, dahlias, brownie painted tulips, thistle, and panicle hydrangea into the overall floral design. Everything was planned perfectly by Pink Peony and photographed by Amanda Nippolt.
