Romantic urban reception dinner in Minneapolis Minnesota

Elizabeth and Adam were married at The Hutton House with the Minne Wedding team. Jacqueline with Collected and Company was brought on to design and plan the small reception dinner for the couple after the wedding ceremony and I was asked to do the floral design. Because we were able to use the couple’s modern, urban, commercial space for this spring celebratory event, a color palette of neutrals, shades of mustard, peach, pinks and mauve was chosen by Jacqueline. As a result, this really helped to soften the masculine space. We designed a focal hanging floral installation over the center of the head table and layered in many smaller centerpieces and colored taper candles beneath. The garden roses, quince branches, ranunculus and double tulips filled the room and created a romantic atmosphere for the guests.
